Hi sir,

I have recently purchased idea prepaid card...

and for conforming the rate plans of mine from the customer care... the agents of idea cellular are so worsened that they don't have manners to speak to their customer... whenever i called up to the customer care they always use and commanding language to the customer... I am really disappointed by the way the agents out there speaks...
