Without intemation activation of VAS on the mobile connections

I am the consumer of the Idea from the last 1.5 years, but on 27th April idea has activated the VAS on my mobile no without any giving any information and also deduct Rs 100 from my prepaid Balance, and when i complaint this to the customer case they transfer my call to the busy mode. So kindly take this issue on the priority issue and try to revere the deducted amount from my prepaid balance as soon as possible.
