Wrong and arbitrary deductions

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have Idea No 9568057703 continuously used since first week of May11 and found the following wronng deductions on 25th May 11. A complaint was thereafter lodged on the date telephonically for such deductions under the head GPRS and stopping all the value added services, if any. A deduction thereafter of Rs 20/- was made on 26th May 11 even after such complaint. It shows bad intentions of Idea.

Further, I noticed a message has been received for activation of the Internet facilities. I am surprised on reading the message and made again a complaint, but customer care centre have made “no remedies” saying their server is out of order. They wanted me to call them after a day (after the tentative time of rectification of their server). Whether this does not denote the lack of services and arbitrary nature of the company? This is Service Provider Agency wants services from customers?

Now I want the following remedies:

1. The wrong deductions since 7th May 11 is to be refunded back immediately without further deductions.

2. No services other than call facility is to be provided of their own and deductions is to be made. No such message is also to be given till I intend such facilities.

3. The company should not waste time in lodging the complaint and convincing instead providing the desired services.

I hope this would be sorted out immediately.
