Idea connection
Deducting unfair balance

Sir..

i am just using idea connection from last 3years. But now they use to deduct money unfairly.

they use do computrised call, when i desconnect it, they make any services activated. due whic balance is diducted. sir i am the student how can i mannage these sots of unfair deduction. i complain to coustmorecare but they have not given me positive reponce..

so sir please take a relevent step regarding my problem..
