Incorect deduction

Respected sir,

I am getting your services for last 3 yrs..My mobile no is 919881584584 (Prepaid customer)... I had incorrect deduction of charges on 9/4/10... for cricket updates without my consent... I went to your idea center for deactivation of cricket updates & reversal of charges. On 10th of april i got message for deactivation & reversal of charges from you... But it was not done & still i am getting cricket updates & are still deducting incorrect charges... if all the charges not reversesd, I have to think for other mobile service providers..
