Idea DATACARD
Pathetic Connectivity

To whomsoever it may concern,

This is with regards to the Idea datacard I purchased three weeks ago. The connection speed and the overall connectivity is pathetic to the core. It is very much sad to realize that I spent Rs. 2650 as a donation to your company which actually does not need any. I would strongly suggest that you should re-think of your business plans in this particular territory as even a dial-up network in some remote village would out-perform your offering. It surprises me that a company like Aditya Birla works on such pathetic quality principles. Had really not anticipated this kind of a mental torture using your datacard. I was strongly recommended by family and friends to invest in a Tata or Reliance datacard but I went ahead with Idea thinking I would get value for money.

Extremely disappointing specially coz Rs. 2650 is no small amount and in fact a rupee is also important when there is hard work gone into earning the same. I hope you do realize the same and look in to the matter. If you cannot assure good connectivity, then please do follow some good business ethics and refund my money.
