Idea iCard Sim
Complaint on Mobile Service provie

Dear Sir,

My Father had bought me an Idea iCard sim (919847240168) in 2006. At the time we had given a copy of of his Election Commission of India issued Identity Card, a copy of ration card and a photo along with the application form. Currently they are asking for a new set of identity proofs as they have somehow damaged the old ones and also they have barred all outgoing from the sim. No clear explanation is given for such an action. As this is a 4 year old sim all my friends&relatives have this number for contact. My plea is that even if I give a new set of proofs what surety is there that they won't loos it again and ask for a new set next time. I kindly request for an immediate reaction or an advice on how to go about further?
