MY name is... john... i... am customer of idea... from 2006... i live in THEVARA... which is in Cochin... i am a entry level operator... my problem... i am experiencing call drop during the time 6pm to 9pm... every day... my money is lost... I CALLED customer care... and lodged complaint, and they told me ..complaint will be cleared with in one week... when i enquired.. about... compliant number... they told me that... it will be sent through sms... but... problem contionous... till now... i called back to customer care... and enquired status... of... complaint... and they are telling that complaint i solved... i enquired about... complaint number... and they are telling that. they will not give the complaint number... any way... as a... prolonged customer... i am... telling... to every one... please do not... get... attracted... by idea"S big words... that... there is no congestion...
