Cheating on bill of blackberry services

Hello Idea customer service,

I am really dissapointed and sad with the bill charged to me for the month of setember october of more than 1500 for number 9552003363.I called the idea customer and they told me that you have been charged for using GPRS i wanted to tell you that one cannot uSE BLACKBERRY SERVICE without the activation of the service. So only after the written application of mine in the nearest idea office i got my services activated i will not pay the extra 400 rupees charged to me for using the same services for 1 day for which i am already paying the rent monthly ie 299 (social lite plan). I am sorry to say that I will discontinue with the idea services which i am using if this is not resolvedd ASAP.
