Poor service, not responding to complaint

I have transported my mobile connection (no. 9823037610) from Vodafone to Idea network under no. portability scheame on 15/02. Since then I am not getting any call/sms from any no. which start from 93&-. I have made written complaint and telephonic complaints for not less than 15 times but the problem remains the same. One incharge person (no. 9850951885) to whom I called more than 10 times gave explanation that meeting is to be held at corporate level (probably between Ambanis and Birlas) to discuss the issue. So we can not tell how much time more will it take? When I asked what shll iI do, he advised me to go to press or consumer forum. I am not able to understand what to do? do I have to put my energy, time and money into it or I can get it rectified without that?
