Continuous calling and vulgar SMS from anonumous mobile numbe

I am Capt Dr D V Nair. My fiancee (mobile no.-09496345377 provided by BSNL) is getting continuous anonymous calls and vulgar SMSes for the last 1 week from the mobile numbers 08606599379 & 09544727790 provided by idea cellular. Today morning the same caller gave a call from another number 08606599398. Kindly do resolve this matter as soon as possible. My contact number is 09447835258 & 09957576263.
