I got massage from Idea that your any type (which unwanted) servive has been activated without my subscriving.

& my mob valence deducted Round by Rs.60/-, I asking Idea Company why

Issue Unwanted facilities & deducted money with out permission from mob.fone holder

Yet I have diald costumer care executive does not take care to resolve this issue & I am not satisfied by the reply of Idea costomer person I request to Idea company

Please remain my former valence & get rid of unwanted facilities
