Sir, I regrate to inform you that Idea mobile service cheated us: We have taken 3 prepaid connection from Idea office at Mon -798621 (Nagaland) by submitting 12 photoes, Bank account statements, Govt. I/D cards on 18-04.I have balance in my accounts... Without any intimation our numbers (9089702300 /301 /302) Blocked. Several times I went to Mon Idea office .. They told us it is the fault of Guwahati Idea office.. Mon Idea office or Guwahati Idea Office lost our documents. They should the resposibility. Now I am facing trouble, & Loss... I would like to get Justice & compensation from Idea service provider here at MON. HASMAT ALI.KIDS WORLD BOARDING, A.D.C.colony, Mon-798621. (Nagaland)
