Hi

i have taken idea mobile connection since two month back and yesterday they have disconnected it i went to shop where i took the connection and asked the reason he told may be your document have not been confirmed from verification dept and i need to go to distributer centre at agrico with required document when i went there with document and asked him to submit it with the from he refused to take any document and threten me that if you givem me they will throw it in dustbin and told me it will get ok by evening but still it is not active i again called to patna office they are asking to submit the document to the shop and i got no of one executive from idea office at jamshedpur named anil his no is 097080997413 he is not ready to listen anything and telling me that please wait it will get ok please take necessary action.
