Deduction of currency

My currency has been deducted, 30 rupees last month even after requesting for cancellation of music masti service, in malleswaram idea outlet last month, complaint no.1-16425984249, they told within 48 hours refunding will be done, but still my refunding is not done, and also i had requested for the cancellation for wap services on the same day, but it is not deactivated, and lot of money has been deducted till now, i am calling up the customer care every other day, but still my complaint is nnot beig solved, another complaint number is1-16785795237 which i registered in customer care, but still my service is not cancelled, i was told i will be refunded 15 rupees for this, but after this again for next 2 day 5 rupees per day is being cut, so please help me refund all the money soon, and stop these deductions, as soon as possible
