Over billing

Hi sir/madam my name is zamani shaha i take post paid connection no 9666667786 i paid billing amount regular with in time every month . in march your people said that you have 1GB internet facility. i go for but 3 times it disconnected with in the 20 days i will connect support of your call center .then i don't no how the gb calculated my mobile limit of billing on 24th 2400/- said your customer care people my billing date 21st of every month.then i got a message on 24th mar at 7.29am your bill is 7167.01 i am socked how it could be with out intimation i spoke with customer care they tell your bill is 2936 and 4000/- some change your un bill amount. immediately i disconnect my internet within 3minutes they disconnected then i got a message your usage 818 mb on 24th mar, then 26th i got an another message 1453mb usage how it cold be for disconnecting net facility then lastly 22 april 11673.57/-this is your due amount .i cannot understand with out of my knowledge why you raise my limit and without intimation why you silent for so much bill. i booked the complaint on 24th apr no 143138262 i do sent have no response. please clear all confutation and give my out going facility as normal thanqu.
