IDEA Mobile Postpaid Connection 9540421818
Not complying of the Initial Agreed Offe

I was offered a Postpaid mobile connection (9540421818) similar to my earlier mobile number (9818021818 of Airtel) by the DSA (ITBL Telecom Pvt. Ltd.) of IDEA. I paid Rs 500 vide chqeue and I was promised that same will be adjusted in my first two bill. On my request representative of the company duly written the same and other call rates on my copy of the application. However in the welcome call it was informed to me that only Rs 250 are to be adjusted from my bill. I lodged the complaint with the company but they are nether accepting my words (I am Ex Manager, Punjab National Bank) nor taking into consideration written proof.
