Dear Sir,

I would like to draw your kind attention that My prepaid connectionIn No. is 8120432448 with Idea Mobile Services. I am previously informed to Idea Mobile customercare for any other extra services are not required me except phone incoming & out going service. My again complain No. is 1-1492159571 dt.11.04.11, against extra deducrion of Rs.50 (for astrology services, Love Tips etc.) now I am not allowed for Extra deduction from my mobile balance. Please this deduction amount return to my mobile balance immediately. If they are not returned I will go to consumer forrum. I do not use sms at all, nor use ringtones. I would be appreciate if this amount is returned.
