Dear sir or madam,

I am Poly Saha and I am using this Idea canection since two moths. My no. is 7890763215. Some of your representative activate missed call alerts yearly to my phone without not give me any notice on dt. 4.5.2011. and they subtracted Rs.149.00 from my main account. Then, I complaind to idea representative and he told me, that your missed call alerts service will be deactive and back my mony in two days and he gave me complaint no.15381494158.After two days, deactivated my missed call alerts service by sms but my mony not refund. So, I request, that give me deducted Rs. in my main account, as soon as possible.
