DEDUCTION OF MONEY FREQUENTLY WITHOUT ANY REASON

Dear Sir

I have an idea connection bearing No.7699239414 in West Bengal Circle. But I am totally disappointed with the service provider of idea due to the following defects. Sir, when I recharge my mobile for amounting to Rs.35/- the Idea company instantly deducted a sum of Rs.30/, Rs.20/-, Rs.25/- etc regularly without any reason or any special package and left me the minimum balance. This has been happening since last few months. When I tried to speak to the customer care of Idea, they are not co-operating with me about the above matter. Hence you are requested to kindly solve the above problem and intimate me as early as possible. For which act of your kindness I shall remain ever grateful to you and oblige.
