Ownership change

Sir/Madam

I Have a postpaid mobile sim (NO. - 9911859955) of IDIA Cellular service provider. This sim was issued on my brothers ID in Oct. Now my brothers gave his sim to me and I have applied for change of Ownership name in Dec and give the ownership change fees of Rs 250.

Its a long time since I applied for change of ownership name but till now there is no progress in this matter from IDEA services. my communication with customer care

Ispite of these communication with customer care I have visited more than 10 times to sana communication IDIA ZONE, Gurgaon regarding this issue but still there is no positive response from there side.

I am requesting you to please take some strict action against IDIA because I have suffred a lot with physically, mently and financialy.
