Idea Mobile SIM Card
Non reception of duplicate sim

Dear Sir, I am in possession of idea mobile sim card number 97472288825 on my name Thomas Paul.

On 14 Aug Saturday my sim card was not working suddenly showing sim card registration failed.

On 16 Aug Monday I approached our retail seller of Idea in Chotty, Mundakkayam and requested for a duplicate sim for the same number. He immediately contacted with Mundakkayam agent and I was advised to submit my identity proof and rupees 110/- duplication. On the same day one lady called on my

land phone and said that the duplicate will get after two days. Then after 3 days I had contacted that lady

for the sim card and she did not give a proper reply or the sim card is not received till date. What kind of service is providing by this idea mobile service company? I had to take another connection, but a number of my friends having my old number, probably they have been calling me.
