Excess billing

Dear Sir,

My Idea Net Setter no. is 8750818383. I buy this on 5th of August.

I took Combo_850rs plan in which can free Download data is 6GB data,

I used only 5.62GB data as my statistics shown in net setter, after then

they stopped the services. Then I called to customer care, those guys

don't know anything.

But i was shocked to see... i had been charged for the data i have used,

There was an excess billing of 1016 rs. I had contacted so many times to

customer care numbers but those guys are unable to understand. I am really

frustrated with there attitude towards customers. I will never go to

Idea Services

further.

Please take necessary action.
