Idea/net swtter
Not work at my home

Dear Sir,

i have a Idea usb Net Setter Unlimited plan (849), But that device not working at my home in ghaziabad but woking on other area, i make the complaint and mail on 04-03 & many time to costumer care, but there are no any responce from Idar Celluler, other side my bill due date is 30-03, but my services are stop by Idea Celluler from 20-03, due to over limt (my current limit is 1000 rs. and my due bill is 945 rs. only)

so, i am requesting to you, provide the service at my home area and start the service at my device.
