Sub: Network problem to my Mobile No. 9948722340.

Since last 10 months I am facing problem of Network i.e. whenever I am talking to someone my phone gets disconnected in between automatically and therefore I have to call him again due to which unnecessary I have to pay bills for every distruptted calls.. This problem was brought to the notice to your customer care since last 10 months and every time it is stated that very soon network problem will be over.

Now recently from 7..4.10 to 9.4.10 every day I talked to every level person of your customer care i.e.S/Shri Santosh, Anthony, Wamshi, A.Rajesh, Pradeep, Kunal and to my surprise Kunal, Manager told me that this problem can be solved only after 3 months and nothing can be done as being told to him by Network technician. I do not understand that uptill now I had already paid unnecessary excess amount and again I should carry out for further 3 months or even further more. I request to look in to this and no bills should be sent for the period till Network problem is solved.
