Inactivation of mobile number portability sim

Dear Sir,

I am A.Thomas Vibakar. I have a sim having idea connection whose no.9750558267 under the name of Mr. Arputharaj. T. I previously used tata docomo network. I planned to change my network without changing my mobile number to idea network using the mobile number portability. I followed all the procedures and changed my number to idea network. I used the number hardly for 2 or 3 days. Within that the incoming and outgoing to this number is barred due to document proof not reaching. I was informed to handover the id & address proof to the nearest idea showroom.

I handed over the proof in the OMR branch of idea showroom located at kandanchavady. here's the address of the show room in which I handed over the proof on 30-3.

I was informed that within 48 working hours, my connection will be activated. But as of now still my idea number is not activated. I couldn't get proper response from idea customer care agents. They keep on telling that proof is not yet reached. I couldn't get the number of showroom in which documents submitted. kindly help me in this situation.

This is really frustrating for taking such a long time to activate a sim.
