Mobile theft

My mobile has theft on 25th oct. 2011 at Hirmi (Distt.-raipur). First of all i have locked the idea prepaid sim then put FIR in nearest police station and received the new sim of same number.

Now I want to trace or lock my mobile nokia n 73 (IMEI NO. 353548022085972).

Idea executive are refused me to lock the mobile by IMEI no. only.

They told me to take support of crime branch. How can it possible for me?

I am very shock for such type of answers.

Please Do the needful.
