Idea -Porting Out
Idea is charging premium number charges

Sir,

Idea has been a pain in terms of its services and charges. My Outgoing and caller identification has been barred for not submitting the documents, even though I submitted them. I have submitted the relevant documents twice, but Idea has not activated my caller identification. Their website has some issues with online bill payments. Madhapur and Kondapur showrooms have been closed from past few months. Don't know why?

Now when I am porting out from Idea, these guys suddenly reject my porting request because of choice of number charges. I didnt even know that there are Choice of number charges. No body informed me at the first place. I cannot proceed Porting further because of this issue. I am really frustrated with IDEA and request you to take actiono againdt them.
