I had an idea prepaid connection for last 4 years, recently I got a call from some idea marketing executive, saying that my number has been shortlisted for postpaid conversion (i.e. same number but postpaid). I went ahead with offer. This offer was offered to me on 28th June, on 30th June some executive came to me & gave me a postpaid sim.

Now issues:

Postpaid sim hasn't got activated yet, that is even after 22 days.

i tried to connect the Retailer about the connection but they telling that The executive who took my id and cash, he left the job and gone to his native

Your prepaid customer care people says talk to post paid customer care & post paid customer care says they don't have any information on post-paid sim no.
