Wrong charging to bill

Dear Sir/Mam

I had been susbscribed to a promotional event from Idea company that is named as rediff beauty and rediff health tips. When i asked to the customer care they told me that i had accepted the offer during promotinal call buy pressing '1' on key pad. But i am sure that i had not received any such promotional call or accepted any such offer during use of my cell since the date i had shifted on to the post paid services.
