Dear Sir,

My Idea no.is 9891622785 as booked by my sister name Dr. Sarika.

this is my postpaid connection, last week a Idea customer executive called me and told if i pay 500 Rs. then they transfer my postpaid no. to prepaid with 1 P/Second plan and one person who is feild executive in Idea was came to my house and filled up a form CAF (customer application form No. 1547351) dated 07-01-10. but day before yesterday my phone plan was not transfered as she said and today morning my phone was disconnect.

So, please give me a suggetion what can I do write now.

please revert my alternate no. 9810693382 as soon as possible.
