IDEA Sone Ki Barsat challenge activated without my explicit consent. and now i am charged Rs.260 for that in the bill duration of 01-aug-10 to 31-aug-10.

Now when i am not paying the bill messages are coming for disconnection of services.

My compalaint no. 144986007, closed without accepting request.

My e-mails dated sep.08, 11 & 15 left unanswered.
