Automatic Subscription to job on phone service & cut my amount Rs. 30

Hello

i m Deepak Maheshwari s/o. Sh. S.L. Maheshwari with mobile no 9314324355

on my mobile in last 1 days i got message from reliance that

"Your Subscription to job on phone service has been activated at 30 Rs..."

and the 30 rs is deducted from my mobile prepaid A/c.

after that i call reliance customer care(*333) and complaint abt this

they say sorry and unsubscripted the job on phone from my mobile but deducted amount

not came back.

this few month its any time

plz help
