Hello Sir,

My name is Anwaar Ahmad and i was using a idea postpaid sim. But just because of the access charge that they had charged me i terminate the services. and now they bill according to them is Rs 1800. I dont have any problem in submitting the bill that i have used. But the collection people is harrassing my family. The collectors dont have manners how to talk.. They are just disgusting. They are making my life like hell. And the collectors are informing each and everyone that i havent paid the bill. They are insulting me in front of my freinds. And whenever I talk to collector i ask to transfer the call to Team Leader but they didnt do that. And if i ask there name they just simply ignore it.. I request you to sir kindly help me out.
