Number deleted and balance money gone

Dear Sir,

My mobile No: 8108405930 is blocked and now deleted, when I gone to find out the reason, they told that verfication documents was not submitted. Sir I have been using this number for almost 1.5 years and at time of buying the sim I had submiited all required documents. I was out of country for almost 5 months when I came back the Idea gallary person told me that this number has been deleted and cant be used again. This number is very important to me as many of my friends have this number also the balance amount lossed and cant be recovered from Idea. I feel like cheated number is gone with balance its like day light robbery. There were no intimation e-mail or lettter was send to me regarding termination of services. Also on there website there is no provision to complain.
