Firstly the Relaince telecommunications charge me for an amount of Rs. 2, 550/- and on continous registration of complaints for a period of 2 weeks they gave a discount of Rs. 1, 900/- thereby admitting their mistake. In the very next bill they again charge me with Rs. 150/- as late fees for the period i did not pay my bills (as they were under dispute). On complaining about the same they have failed to take an action from past one month and my data card stands disconnected. The Customer Care Executives are the most illiterarte lot in the industry n they fail not only in solving your problems but also fails to register them. Its a pity that a company like Reliance have such a pathetic system in operation which fails to take action in one complete month. They should not only be taken to court but thy should have their license cancelled by DOT for providing such shoddy services. For the past one month i have been hearing that the complaint has been forwarded to concerned department and they have not yet taken any action.
