Alance reduction without reason

I am having prepaid connection of IDEA where i recharge with 300Rs when i was having balance of 56Rs the day before yesterday and hence it was 356Rs then now my balance become Rs 214 without reason they deduct this much amount. where the dialler tune charges to deduct is only 30 and sms pack Rs 34 during this time hence all other charges they charge is without reason.

I called up 4444 many times but many times it says after 2 minutes that our customers care executives are busy or when they pick up my call they told that sorry because of server down we are not able to help you so call after few hours.

Again and again i got charged with big amout meanwhile and my balance are going down and down towards zero.

Please help to get my own money back to me.
