IDEA PREPAID
Unnecessary deductions

Dear Sir,

I am facing lot of un wanted deductions being made from Idea prepaid bcoz on 11.11.10 recharged for Rs 200 full talk time and same day my balance was Rs 221 after recharging and today found the balance is Rs 19.92 for which i dint called much but nearly it was deducted Rs 200/- without my notice, pl give us the clarification and reiumburse deducted amount to my account.
