Two things.

a. I registered my number on Do Not Call list on 12th March with the Idea prepaid customer service. I was given a time of 45 days for it to be activated and my number taken off the list. However it has not been done yet and I called up the complaints help desk for the same but they wanted me to call back with all the details of the calls and sms received. Which is very annoying. Who un this world would have time to take the details when the reason of putting the number on do not call list is the disturbance at work and busy hours. Spoke to Sunny Sachdeva, the floor supervisor. This problem hasn't been resolved yet. Lets see how quick is this.

b. How to get a list of incoming and outgoing calls in the email?
