Wrong balance deduction

I am using idea prepaid number, my balance has been deducted for the service which was not requested neither accepted. Tomorrow 10 Rs were deducted from my account and got a message saying thanks for activating sms pack. I was surprised because I never request for any pack, I called up customer care and they told me that you heard a voice recorded message and accepted the offer but I never did that, I just cut such calls but never respond.

This can be called a case of fraud and I want to take it further because even in feb, they just started deducting 5 Rs/ Day for some service which was never requested from me, it was already 16 days when I came to know this and it took 3 days to stop that service, huge loss. Again they had same answer that you accepted that offer, bullshit...

IDEA is big name and they are spoiling it by such acts, shame on them. I don't know why these idea people are playing with the customers, all day they disturb us unnecessary and deducts money all of a sudden. I am fed up of all that.
