IDEA PREPAID
Un necessary services applied to my user no 8958760010 and amount deducted from my account

Dear Sir.

I have a prepaid connection of Idea cellure no 8958760010 for the last six months.

as the company call centre executives apply un necessary services to my cell no.

on 10/09 such as GPRS PACK and ammount of RS 20/- was decuted from my account when I make complaint to C Care Centre they said that it has wrongly been

debited and will be credited back in my acc.

But till date no amount has been credit.

I hereby request you to take strict action against them so that they should not use their power and haressement to the valuable customer.
