Resubmission of ID

At the time of SIM issuance, i have submitted my driving licence to the Issuer as an ID proof and i'm using the idea connection from the last 7 years and my mobile no. is 9891443987 but recently, i'm getting the message on every call i make that i've to resubmit my ID proof.

I called at Idea Care and contacted TAJWAR and VINAY KUMAR and asked for my last id proof i'd submitted but they are not providing any details and asking for new proof.

I urge you to please look into the matter as i hope that idea has lost my id proof which can be later for any illegal things.

Also they are asking me to resubmit the proof or they are threatning me that they'll close my no.

Please take strict action against idea for such a casual attitude on customer complaint and not resolving the customer queries and also ask them to confirm where is my last id proof which i'd submitted at the issuance of SIM.
