About Insufficient network

There is insufficient network coverage and unsatisfied service of Idea care. Many times about 3-4 days not a service is in working. From last two days I was unable to speak with a single person because of this third class service providing Idea mobile services. I really very much irritated because of this service. Now I broken this Idea sim card which containing about 200 amount. Really situation was like this "My friend lost his better life just because of this third class service, we have tried about 500 times to call someone for our help. But not a single call was connected. And Idea customer care was slept during, they don't have a need of their customer.
