Disconnection of service

My mobile no is 9763535340 (idea maharashtra, prepaid). The service of this number has been disconnected due to lack of document as the customer care center says. But I've been using the number since 4 years and submitted the documents twice. But still the number is disconnected and allotted to someone else. This was my official number and now i and the new person who is using the number, both are facing problems. Please help.
