IDEA PREPAID
DEDUCT OF AMOUNT

Dear Sir,

My Idea Prepaid Mobile no. 08750874788, I have just checked a message from Idea that Rs 50 and above has been deducted for Idea Prepaid connection.

I have alreay logged a complaint against Idea Customer Care but not response, when i made a call to call center they misbehave and now they are not even receiving my call, It is a real fraud and cheating by Idea.

I am very disappointed for that because this is not for first time.

So, Please kindly look into the matter and give me explanation.
