Idea pre-paid card
Pre-Paid connection not yet activated

Hi,

i have taken a pre-paid IDEA card from Trivendrum on 14-Dec at 8:00 PM,

at the time of purchase i have been told that the connection will get activated in 10 min, it has been near about 12 hr from the time of purchase and the connetion is not yet activated.
