Hi,

My name is Tapas Mandal I stay in vishrantwadi pune, I had taken one idea prepaid connection at the time of taking connection i had submitted all the required documents to the idea, my connection was running smoothly but suddenly after 20 days they send me a sms that please re-submit the documents so i went to the nearest idea centre to re -submit the documents i had submitted my documents at vishrantwadi centre in pune these guys are useless and they are only doing time pass with the customers till date they have not submitted my documents to the idea why idea is running all these useless outlets what should i do my number is off from last 6 days, this is extrem for my patience, my mobile no is, -8605307018 which is not working.
