Eduction of prepaid balance

Sir,

i ajay samanta 2 state that i m using mobile no. 919090335050.of idea operator.but there is automatic reduction of my balance of rs.5/- daily since 15days.i have complaint to 198 & as well as customer care for 4 times.but there is no result.i have registered in dnd but still i have received sms & calls from company.my last complaint no. is 1-20857704211 on date 11.01.2012.so plz do the needful at an early date.my mail id is asamanta98@gmail.com and my alternate no. 919438631107
