Deduction of balance in idea prepaid

Suddenly my balance of around rs 80 had deducted from my account as on date 22-dec and i got proper call costs and timings through a message but there is no such information given of that Rs 80. I am a long term user of idea and i have noted many times that there is no response from idea customer care.
