Idea Prepaid recharge
No recharge against debit

I have recharged my prepaid mobile on 30th December for Rs.250 and I have got error message immediately. I once again repeated recharge transaction for same amount and again I got the same message. After 20 minutes I recieved message of Rs.250 recharge credited on my mobile number 9763246104. When I checked my account balance I was surprised that there was debit of Rs.250 two times instead on one as till date next amount recharge has not been credited in my mobile. I have given details of transactions from Axis bank online account. Please do the needful to either return my Rs.250 amount or credit recharge of same in my mobile.
